Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

A savory and sweet cheese ball with tropical pineapple and crunchy pecans, perfect for serving at parties or gatherings. It’s easy to make and always a hit!

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (plus extra for coating)
1 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Crackers or sliced veggies for serving
Directions
Make the Cheese Ball:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and honey (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the drained crushed pineapple, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chopped pecans, reserving a little to coat the outside of the cheese ball.
Form the Cheese Ball:

Transfer the mixture to a piece of plastic wrap and form it into a ball shape. Use the wrap to help shape and smooth the ball.
Roll the cheese ball in the reserved pecans, pressing gently so they stick to the surface.
Chill:

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and firm up.
Serve:
