Butterfinger Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together creamy peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and vegetable shortening. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before returning the balls to the parchment paper.
  5. Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  6. Serve the Butterfinger Balls chilled or at room temperature.
