Golden Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or tenders
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1 teaspoon paprika
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  7. 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  8. 2 eggs
  9. Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the breading station: flour, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip each chicken tender in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the tenders until golden brown.
  4. Drain excess oil and serve hot.

  • For extra crispy coating, you can chill the breaded tenders before frying.
