Honey Soy Glazed Chicken Legs with Roasted Vegetables


Ingredients

  1. 5 chicken legs
  2. 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 1 carrot, chopped
  5. 40g honey
  6. 40ml soy sauce
  7. 10g chili sauce
  8. 10g mustard
  9. 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  10. Vegetable oil for cooking
  11. Salt, ground black pepper, and chicken seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, black pepper, and chicken seasoning.
  3. Place the chicken legs in a baking dish and brush with the honey glaze.
  4. Arrange the chopped potatoes, onion, and carrot around the chicken.
  5. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
