1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9 by 9″ baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the pineapple bake to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
