Beef Liver and Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb beef liver, sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup beef broth
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions:
Rinse and pat dry liver slices. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Dredge liver in flour.
Caramelize onions in butter and oil, then set them aside.
Sear liver slices in the same skillet until cooked to your liking.
Add Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor (optional).
🍽️ Serve liver on a plate with caramelized onions on top, drizzle with beef broth.
