Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed bananas (about 2-3 ripe bananas)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
