🍽️ Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped mushrooms, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, thyme, parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully slice pockets into each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
