Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare potato slices: Soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Assemble cups: Grease 6-8 ramekins or small baking dishes.
- Layer potatoes: Overlap potato slices in each cup.
- Cheesy cream mixture: Mix grated cheese, heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour cream mixture: Over potato layers.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle additional grated cheese.
