Ingredients
- 7oz of crabmeat
- 3 tablespoons of light cream cheese
- 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of regular mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of reduced-fat parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of green onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of old bay
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
- Bake for about 35-40 mins in a preheated oven until lightly golden brown on top.
