Ingredients:
- 6 mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 1/2 cups shredded or grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (2-3 slices)
- 1 tbsp low-carb ranch dressing
- 1 tsp finely chopped green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place mozzarella slices on a baking sheet.
- Top each slice with:
- Shredded chicken
- Crumbled bacon
- Drizzle of ranch dressing
- Sprinkle of green onion
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
