Understanding Mozzarella Cheese Slices


Ingredients:

  1. 6 mozzarella cheese slices
  2. 1 1/2 cups shredded or grilled chicken
  3. 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (2-3 slices)
  4. 1 tbsp low-carb ranch dressing
  5. 1 tsp finely chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place mozzarella slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each slice with:
  • Shredded chicken
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Drizzle of ranch dressing
  • Sprinkle of green onion
  1. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Variations

  1. Add diced tomatoes or spinach.
  2. Substitute chicken with turkey or ham.
  3. Use different cheese blends.
  4. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
